So you’ve had a long day at work, you did the WOD either early in the morning or hit the Hut on the way home from work. As you drive home you start to think of what you have in the fridge and try to make some sense of how you will turn that into a meal. As grief creeps into your head, you make a turn right into Spruzzo’s (or enter any other restaurant name here!) and fall victim to ordering take-out (and eat way more bread and pasta than you know is good for you!)
Here’s another approach… order meals from Territory Foods. Delivered fresh to the Hut every Monday and Thursday morning. Order from dozens of options online that can be tailored to Whole 30, Paleo, and other choices. You could order as many as 3 meals a day or as few as just 3 dishes for the entire week. Customize your order each week or allow the automated system to choose for you based on your stated preferences. You can eat the meals right from the refrigerator, heat then in the oven or microwave, or freeze them for late use. Come to the Hut Saturday morning at 10:30am (or just stick around after the WOD!) to taste many Territory dishes- they are sending out a representative to make us some post-WOD food to try out. If you like what you try (and I do… I’ve been testing the service for 4 weeks now)- you can decide how to incorporate it into your life.
