Tuesday 170912 Squat Cleans and Finisher

This Saturday morning we have an 8:15am meditation class to begin the weekend. The session has a short period of light yoga postures to prepare for the sitting. There is also a talk, some meditation instruction, and a guided meditation. It is appropriate, and recommended, for all experience levels and complete meditation beginners. Those who have attended the class ALWAYS ask, “when can we do this again?” The answer is: this Saturday! You are welcome to bring a friend as a drop-in, for $25. Good way to get them exposed to CrossFit too (sneaky, right?:)

Whole Life Challenge team is growing… for those of you who are signed up already- please attend meditation! One of the weekly lifestyle habits is to meditate for 10 minutes daily- so it’s s good way to prepare.

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Squat clean
3-3-3-3-3-3 (30 minute time limit)
Post heaviest 3 rep set to chalkboard/journals
-then-
5 rounds for time of:
10 push ups
10 ring rows
10 butterfly sit ups
Post time to chalkboard/journals
