Chippers are crowd pleasers and this one is no exception! There is something about being given a checklist, a to-do list, or any kind of task sheet where you can knock off one thing at a time and cross it out… then move on to the next. Very satisfying. Even more so when some of those tasks are seemingly insurmountable. Like perhaps 50 toes to bar!
No doubt this is going to be a tough workout… but chipping through the hard work with good people around you- doing the same thing- is motivating and inspiring. Feed off the energy and give an uplifting word or two to the person next to you.

50 box jumps (24/20″)
