CrossFit Hq is in a smack-down, drag-out fight… and it is in OUR best interest (PS- CFHW is winning it so far). In fact, it is in the best interest of everyone. CrossFit- you might think- is responsible only for creating the fitness movement that we adhere to. But they are also on a quest to improve the health and wellness of our entire planet. That sounds grandiose… but it REALLY is true. And the legislation that they are pursuing along with the legal battles they are taking on are truly righteous. (I even sound to myself like I am embellishing… but again, it is true!) CrossFit is taking on Big Soda in an attempt to remove Sugar Money/Power from the health sciences.
