So it seems like you are intrigued with the Whole 30 but you need more information. While there is no shortage of reading you can do on the topic (see Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday’s blogposts)- there’s nothing like a good old-fashioned meeting. So here’s the deal: this Saturday morning at 9:30 before the start of the group class-we will meet for 15 minutes to discuss the Whole 30. Be here! Even if you think it isn’t for you… show up and hear what it’s all about. Ask questions if you need more info. And then get in a workout. Put it in your calendar.

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.
