Thanks to John, Monika, Lincoln, Stephanie, Dusty, Cecily, Laurie, and Howdy for taking the time to talk about their CrossFit Malibu experiences. Their honesty, openness, and willingness to get personal is much appreciated. They told, and Paul wove together, a story that will empower others to begin their search for health and fitness.
