Wednesday 170712 Rope Climb Surprise

Two hundred of double unders might take a bit of time… and the scott-ups are tough but definitely manageable. The deadlifts- at that weight are going to take some ret in between each rep- so quite a bit of time. Wait- rope climbs?! Yes, EIGHT of them- just plopped right down in the middle! That workout just went from “not so bad” to “ROUGH”… let’s see what you think when you actually DO IT.  Because as you know from experience, you can’t really KNOW what it is like unless you actually do it.

Wednesday’s WOD at 7 and 9am, again at 4 and 6pm
For time, complete**:
150/100kg deadlift, 10 reps
50 scott ups (25kg/10kg)
200 double unders
50 scott ups
150/100kg deadlift, 10 reps
**and at any point during the WOD, 8 rope climbs (Rx from seated position)
Post time and load to chalkboard/journals

Wednesday 5pm Specialty- Double Girl WODs
Isabel: 30 reps power snatch for time (61/43kg)
Nancy: Five rounds for time of 400m run and 43/29kg overhead squat, 15 reps
