9:30am group WOD to begin the July 4th weekend.
Keep in mind that we have a 9:30am WOD on Tuesday July 4th- which will be the only workout that day.
Monday will be ALMOST a regular day… but there will be no 6PM WOD on that day- July 3rd. After all, it’s July 4th Eve.
July 3rd we begin a new round of 5pm Specialty Classes each Monday and Wednesday. Mondays will be CROSSFIT TOTAL STRENGTH- all related to deadlift, back squat, press. Wednesdays will be DOUBLE GIRL WODs- 2 baseline WODs done in the hour.
