The intention of today’s “lighter and faster” version of Open WOD 15.5 is to work on the engine. Lighter weight should force less breaking of sets and also a more ambitious pace on the row. I want everyone to treat this WOD like it is a REAL Open WOD. Like your time counts for something! I want you to get a bit anxious before the clock starts. I encourage nerve-fueled questions just prior to “go.” Questions you already know the answer to, like: “how many reps in the first round?” Or “do we count meters or calories?” Normally these annoying inquiries are, well, annoying- but today I want you jittery and nervous because you KNOW very well the depths to which you will have plunge to in order to push as deeply as you can on this one. Get nervous, get amped up, and get after it!

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am, and again at 3 and 5pm
