I just got an email from the founder of CrossFit! Really interesting. Here is what he said:
CrossFit Inc is suing the NSCA [National Strength and Conditioning Association] for fabricating injury data to hurt our business and help theirs.
Before the trial has even begun, the Judge has ruled that the NSCA fabricated injury data to hurt our business and help theirs.
You can view the Judge’s ruling here.
Thank You

Many great PRs this month. The more serious you are about writing down the details of your daily performance- the more lily you are to have data when the “compare to” WODs come up. Keep track of what you do, look up the information before repeating a workout or a lift, and beat your previous effort. It is that simple. Congrats on improvements made this month… in fact- your work in May might reveal the improvements in June.. or in months to come. But the fact is- you ARE getting better. Let’s check the data and see!

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
5 Rounds for max reps of:
Touch and go deadlift at 80% of 1RM
Dips
Rest as needed between movements
Thursday 5pm Open Training Hour
