In other news… I have to report continued complaints about CrossFit Malibu athlete parking and driving speeds coming in and out of the Yard from the landlord’s office. I know that it wasn’t YOU… BUT please comply with the parking standards as well as keeping your driving speeds VERY VERY slow in the Yard. Parking in the Yard is limited to ONLY the dirt area that is under the trees in the northwest side of the lot (that is to your immediate left when you enter the Yard). If there are no spots available… please park on Cross Creek Road. Ensure that you are not on the paved road at all. All spaces are legal on Cross Creek, as long as you are not blocking a gate or driveway. Keep the wheels in the dirt- as the road is very narrow. See the artistic rendition of these rules below. Cars parked illegally in the Yard will be towed as per the Landlord.
