Today’s post goes out to Debby, who has been out in Australia for the past few week and continues her training at BroadBeach CrossFit on the Gold Coast. She and her husband, RA, spend a few month there every year- some work, some triathlon, and some travel. After training at the Hut for a few years- between busy tennis competition season and trips down under, this year she competed in her first Open and turned out a very impressive rookie season. She came in 293rd place worldwide and 17th place in Southern California. She has made huge progress over the last month or so with pull ups and double unders- and will continue to gain more strength in preparation for next year’s Open (and for life in general!) Way to go and look forward to having you back once you return to Malibu
Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am, 3 and 5pm
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 strict knees to elbows
15 deficit push ups (10/5kg plates)
20 squats
25 foot handstand walk (100 foot bear crawl)
Post total rounds and remaining reps to chalkboard/journals
Saturday Sessions
Light asana and meditation class at 8:15am
Partner/group WOD at 9:30am
