Tuesday 170418 “DT”

Yesterday we rolled into the week with a heavy E3M of front squats and it was pretty tough.. but TUESDAY- yes today- is when the week really begins!  Back-to-back-to-back tests.  Repeat WODs from mid-2016 in the form of a “Hero,” a “Girl,” and a “CFM Original.”  There are numerous compare-to dates for “DT” and “Fran” and a single date for the row/KB WOD.  Have your previous data on hand and use it to make decisions about load, strategy, time management. These tests- running on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, will give you authentic feedback on how your current fitness level compares to 9-10 months ago. Come in rested, be realistic AND optimistic, and no excuses should be uttered- neither before nor after the WOD. This will be fun and challenging.

71/52kg Deadlift, 12 reps
71/52kg Hang power clean, 9 reps
71/52kg Push jerk, 6 reps
Post time and load to chalkboard, journals and PR Boards!
