This is EXACTLY what you need after yesterday’s heavy deadlifts. Light and fast, and over and over and over again. The prescribed rest of 3 minutes is absolutely essential in hitting the intention of this workout… which is to push very hard on the run and the wall ball shots and then go for max total reps push ups with a cut off. Do not game the run and wall ball shots… as you must post your fastest and slowest time to complete the 2 opening moves of this triplet. Then with the remaining time you SHOULD game the push ups in a way that you complete as many total reps as possible. This will likely mean a few sets punctuated by very short rests. So in summary: run fast, go unbroken on the wall ball shots, and then work/strategize to get in as many push ups as possible until the 4 minute time limit expires.

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm

400/350m run
