Heavy and high! This is a throwback to 2011 Regionals. And while the fastest athletes back then completed it in under 4 minutes… our intention today is to go heavy and high… which means this will not be a sprint by any means. By smart about your choice of load on the deadlift. No business going near your 1RM, as you must lift it 45 times! Go high on the jump, but you have to KNOW that these won’t feel fresh and bouncy!
