Today we will flash back…. WAY WAY back to last month with a “taste of” from the 2017 Open. We take the heavy part of 17.1 and the “cardio” aspect of 17.5 and blend them together into a tough couplet. It would go as long as either WOD… but it won’t be easy. Repeating these movements in a similar format as they showed up in the Open is a reminder that goes out to everyone and anyone who, following those WODs, said to themselves… “Now I am going to start practicing doubleunders” or “I should start doing the regular WODs a little heavier to get stronger for next year’s Open.”
