Ok, yea we had some running in a WOD on Monday, so what? It isn’t sacrilege to run more than once in a week and if you do the math you will quickly realize that our total volume of running will amount to UNDER two miles! And don’t worry because today’s WOD includes something that will completely dull the pain of those meager 400 meter runs… burpee pull ups. Suck it up, run harder, get faster.
