The last time we did DT in group classes was on June 10 2016. Keep in mind that the Rx version of this WOD is done with barbell loaded to 71kg. And so that’s pretty heavy. When you take a look at today’s dumbbell version of DT you have to keep in mind that it HAS to be heavy in order to get the intended stimulus. If you go Rx on DT then that means you should go 70# on the DB. Besides, AMRAPs, in general, are a good time to test out something a little heavier than you are used to.
A reminder that tonight at 5 PM is some details for the workouts of 17.6. Attendance points are awarded for each athlete of each team who shows up to the announcement tonight! And of course, attendance will help you in preparing for Saturday mornings festivities.

DB AMRAP “DT”
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
DB deadlift, 12 reps
DB hang squat cleans, 9 reps
DB push jerk, 6 reps
Post load, number of rounds and remaining reps, and load to chalkboard/journals
