Workouts like this are what makes CrossFit Malibu the happiest place on earth. You get to be outside running with the wind and the sun. Body weight activity is simple yet demanding, three rounds is just enough to “feel it” to leave you more energized when you leave the Hut than when you arrived, and all of those other people in your class are so damn friendly. All that’s missing are Mickey/Minnie and the Main Street Electrical Parade We will work on it.
