Today we have two events that might enable you to update your data on the PR Whiteboard.
Have you noticed the PR chalkboard for the month of March? What are they feeding you people? It is overflowing with personal bests! Granted a few come from improvements on the Whole Life Challenge, a number were as a result of 17.5 being a repeat of 16.5… and there are many more as well.
Continue keeping good records by writing down your workouts in your journal (or on MyWOD) and updating the info on the whiteboard. This way your improvements can be tracked down and beaten!
