OK here we go… 17.5 is: thrusters and double unders. It was somewhat obvious that these two movements would be included in the final work out of the CrossFit games open, but that fact will not make this work out any easier, for sure! 10 rounds. Ten Rounds. X round! See what we are talking about. Twice as many thruster repetitions as in Fran and 350 double unders. Get ready to spend the weekend massaging those calves. And it’s going to be FUN!
