The barbell use continues- coming off of Monday’s heavy back squats, Tuesday’s heavy power cleans, today we have another lifting session but it’s comparatively light. That is, until you notice that it’s strict pressed. And you see that it’s all hidden within 3500m of rowing! Nobody ever said it would be easy.
