Our current Whole Life Challenge is currently in week 7 with one more week to go. We will run a post-test NEXT Thursday in all group WODs. That means if you would like to do the post-test WOD as a group class, then please attend any training session on that day- March 16th. You can alternatively choose to complete the WOD on your own- as long as you attend a 5pm training session on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of this or next week.

Handstand/push-ups skill work and practice

Two rounds for time of:
50/35kg push press, 25 reps
50 air squats
800m run (bike 1.2 miles then row 1000m for non-runners Rx)
Post time and load to chalkboard/journals
