Thursday 170302 Every 3 Minutes

Open Intramural Teams- get you groups ready for tonight’s 5pm announcement of WOD 17.2.  Will it be a 1 rep max strength test, will it be a more challenging gymnastics move like ring muscle up, will it be a repeat workout from a previous year or will require a new activity that’s never come up before- like the overhead walking barbell lunge like last year?  Find out tonight in the 5pm time slot and then watch two athletes who are stronger and faster then you (yes, even YOU) battle it out for the first spot in the leaderboard.  Also make sure you do the E3M WOD programmed for today as well.

Sometimes effort requires hard work AND a cartain facial expression.

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Every 3 minutes for 10 rounds complete:
2 thrusters from rack at 70% of 1RM
3 power snatch (40/30kg)
4 turkish get ups (AHAP)
Post loads for each movement to chalkboard/journals
