Wednesday 170301 Four Round Triplet

Check out these personal records for the month of February.  Lots of proof displayed with increased strength in the back squat  Jackson, Anne and Dave C all completed their Elements programs and each of them showed improvement in the baseline WOD. Various other records were set with other individual tests like Chad’s 2000m row, Liz’s handstand hold, Kristin’s deadlift, Gaby’s 15.5 open WOD, and Chloe and Kristin each on the 500m row. If you have a test you’d like to repeat- attend a 5pm open training session, get warmed up, and try a max rep pull-ups, double unders or even a benchmark girl WOD you haven’t done in s long time. Baseline is always a good test to repeat because it won’t leave you super sore- and if you haven’t done it in a while then you’ll likely pr.

Also good for setting a PR is simply showing up to group classes and working hard… let the programming work its magic (science!) and you’ll get the improvement.

Wednesday’s WOD at 7 and 9am, again at 4 and 6pm
Four rounds for time of:
400m run
15 wall ball shots (20/14#)
10 power cleans (50/35kg)
Post time and scaling to chalkboard/journals

Wednesday 5pm Open Training Hour
Come in and practice skills and movements that might show up for Open WOD 17.2
