Tuesday 170131 Row and Run, 3 Rounds

Remember that Tabata WOD last week that was bookended with mile runs?  Remember how a few classes had low attendance?  Remember how so many athletes set PRs on their mile runs despite “not feeling like I am going to PR”  (whatever that means!)?

Do the right thing today and do it quickly and with some heart!  You don’t get many opportunities like this one in a CrossFit WOD!
