Beginning this Wednesday, the 5pm time slot will feature a CrossFit Open Prep Class.
Monday at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Five rounds for time of:
15 wall ball shots (20/14#)
12 single arm DB snatch (70/50#)
9 DB floor presses (use 2 DB, same weight as snatch)
Post time and loads to chalkboard/journals
