Tuesday 170124 Triplet 21-15-9

How’d your stormy week go?  Any leaks in the roof? The Hut fared well and for you veterans of CrossFit Malibu, that means you didn’t have to lift a single stall mat!  Our only real loss was the yucca tree that you never even noticed that used to hide in the shadow of our signature 40 foot palm.  And based on great attendance yesterday, it seems like you were really itching to get out of the house for a workout! Well, get back in here for today’s WOD!

Tuesday at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
21-15-9 reps for time of:
100/75kg deadlift (dropping ok today)
Single DB overhead step lunge (60/45#)
Bar facing burpees
Post time and loads to chalkboard/journals
–5pm open training hour
