Monday 170123 Front Squat 2RM and More

Create Your Future by Declaring Your Goals Each Day (Whole Life Challenge practice- week #1)
Simple Instructions: Identify three goals at the beginning of the week. We recommend picking one short-term, one medium-term, and one long-term goal.
Use present tense language when you identify your goals, as in “I can do a pull-up” or “I am living in Costa Rica.”
Rewrite these same three goals each day. Try it out… regardless of whether you are on the challenge or not!

Everything looks clean and clear after a storm… especially from elevation!

Monday at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Front squat, 2 reps
20 minute time limit to a 2 rep max
Post heaviest 2 rep set to chalkboard/journals and PR boards

Russians and Rowing
For time complete:
30 KB swings (32/24kg), 300m row
25 KB swings, 250m row
20 KB swings, 200m row
15 KB swings, 150m row
10 KB swings, 100m row
Post time and load to chalkboard/journals
–5pm open training hour
