Keep coming back. After an extended absence regardless of the reason… vacation, new job, prolonged sickness, unanticipated family events, or any other issue out if your control, keep coming back. Following an injury- whether acute or chronic, exercise related or not, keep coming back. When the diet isn’t going as planned, the snooze button has become too easy to hit, or the rain and cold create an easy excuse to get home early and avoid the workout, keep coming back. Nobody said it would be easy or even fun. But it is the answer to any dilemma that manifests or unexpected obstacle that arises: keep coming back, because it always works.
