This coming Saturday is the official beginning of the Whole Life Challenge. We commence at the Hut with the official CFM preliminary WOD. The details of that specific workout are listed a few blogposts back- go check it out now if you are wondering about it. The kick-off happens at 8:30am when we run a special one-hour class for those of you enrolled in the WLC. Show up, get it done and enter your results on the WLC website. If you are unable to make the preliminary workout on Saturday morning you have 2 choices: you can do that same workout at the Hut during one of the 5pm open training hour sessions, or you can complete ANY OTHER WOD and enter those results to your WLC personal data page. It is all about measuring your physical performance as the challenge begins so that you can measure it after it ends. Another measurement you will take as you being the challenge is your weight. We do not regularly use weight as a standard- but because it tends to be a big factor in what people want to accomplish in the WLC- we will use it this time around. The quickness and accuracy of the measurement also makes it easy. Need more info on the Whole Life Challenge?… just click the link posted above.
