You don’t show up to the Hut to train because it’s easy. In fact, for those of you who have been around for a while, you already know that it doesn’t EVER get any easier. And you wouldn’t want it to anyway.
Things that become easy require less effort. They demand less attention and less thought. On one hand that could sound like an upside. On the other hand, when activities in life don’t demand much of us, they generally become less interesting, not so intriguing. They also don’t provide any motivation or inspiration. Then finally, there is like no reason to continue with it… no results, not worth the time spent. So… it’s a GOOD thing that it doesn’t get easier! It is actually the reason WHY you keep getting fitter AND continue to stick with it. Now armed with that logic… get in here for some overhead squats… because today is certainly not going to be easy.
