We are back on it today… complete with a week-long forecast of rain. But that is how it works, right? When it rains is pours. The day that things get rough at work is also the time when you hit some snags with the family and your car breaks down. Multiple external stressors like to hit all at the same time. Occasionally this is the case with a week’s worth of programming. You might come to the Hut 3 days in the week and it feels like everything you did were your own personal weaknesses that were programmed JUST to make you feel like you aren’t worthy. Treat these situations the same way you treat the other “triple-threats” in your life. Take one thing at a time, do your best to do control what you can, and go after the most critical issues first. And perhaps the most important aspect of all… don’t take it so seriously. Have fun, laugh at yourself, and just KNOW that with hard work and a realistic outlook… it will get better. Also it is goo to be aware of those times in life when everything seems to be going your way. You get a raise, your car has just been detailed and all is well on the home-front. Or at the Hut when Fran, Helen and heavy back squats hit back-to-back-to-back! You should only be so lucky!
