Welcome to another year at the Hut. Whether it is only your 16th year on the planet (Meg) or your 85th (Bill) or even if you’re on your 7th decade but feel like it’s just your 5th (Howdy and Laurie)… you will find that when you maintain your attendance, work on your mobility, and focus on mechanics first, your fitness will continue to improve Stick with it.
Now EVERY Monday-Thursday at 5pm you will be able to work on skills, make-up a WOD, and generally practice what you like with Open Training Hour. A coach is on-hand to give suggestions and guide you in a general direction.
