Thursday 161222 One minute, 30 seconds

There’s a lot of great stuff that goes on at the Hut.  Today is no exception: eight movements, as many repetitions as possible, followed by another eight minutes set of those same movements – 30 seconds of work, followed by 30 seconds of rest.

In addition to the above, individuals also develop speed power strength and flexibility. They create lasting friendships and support networks that influence and motivate them to stick to a training program, continue with a nutrition plan, and in general, encourage each other to be better people.  Typically, people join us for the fitness and get all of the other good stuff as additional benefits.  Hope that YOU also get more than you bargained for.

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
One minute each for max reps of:
squats
ring/regular push ups
box jumps 20/16″
toes to bar
back burpees
wall ball shots 20/14#
med ball facing burpees
double unders
Post total reps for first 7 movements and number of double unders
-then immediately-
Repeat the above sequence using a 30 second on/30 second off interval
Post total reps for first 7 movements and number of double unders
