This Saturday morning we run “The 12 Days of Christmas.” A workout that takes on the theme of the song… except instead of 8 geese a laying- you’ll do 8 abmat sit ups. Come on out and join in… 9:30am on Christmas Eve Day, also the beginning of Hanukkah.
Krep in mind the scheduke for the coming days/weeks:
Monday 19th-Friday 23rd: regular schedule all week
Saturday 24th: 9:30am class only (as usual)
Monday 26th-Friday 30th: two morning classes 7am, 9am and one 5pm class
Saturday 31st: 9:30am class only (as usual)
Monday January 2nd: back to regular schedule bright and early at 6am

Wednesday’s WOD at 7 and 9am, 4 and 6pm
Every other minute for 10 rounds of:
Push jerk from rack, 3 reps (AHAP)
odd sets: max rep pull ups until 45 second mark, rest 1:15
even sets: max rep box jumps until 45 second mark (30/24″), rest 1:15
5pm bodyweight strength and skill specialty class- last one of the series
