Tonight is the last night of training where an evening session is possible… So if you can’t make any of the morning classes today or for the rest of the week, then it has to be tonight.
The countdown is on for Thanksgiving travel… Many of us have already departed but many more still have trips coming up later in the week. Consider some heavy squats if you missed Tuesday or oly lifting if you have not done cleans or snatches in more than 5-6 days. Perhaps do the Hero WOD DT that was in last night’s strength class.
