If you don’t want to know the entire week- just look at today’s post and ignore the stuff all the way at the bottom. A reminder to all, that this is an experiment for the month of November based on feedback given by many.

For those of you who DO end up reading through the entire week, PLEASE COMMENT on what you see for the week. If you are somewhat new to CrossFit OR if you don’t tend to give much thought to the programming you might not pick up on trends or patterns. But now that you can read all about the week in one blogpost- I’d like to hear what you THINK about with respect to the entire week. NOT- subjective comments like “this is going to be SO hard” or personal opinions like “I hate/like running/rowing/lifting so I am/am not go to show up.” But rather some analysis. Some WHYs, or WHATs, or trends. Comments as to where we are going with fitness and training or where we have been. Monday 5pm Underground strength class

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
400m run
70/55kg front squat, 10 reps- from ground
20 butterfly sit ups
Post number of rounds and load to chalkboard
