Many of you did yesterday’s HSPU workout and got in at well over 4 minutes of inversion time. Including warm up drills and skill work, you were like upside down for 5-6 minutes. A few athletes went strict and others kipped through the 10 minutes AMRAP- but most found some modification that ensured at least 5 unbroken reps. As we continue these weeks of getting inverted, vary the type of hold you choose. Also consider practicing at home- where you can use things in your house to find creative modifications with furniture, counters and walls to practice your holds. Your kids, spouses, roommates will also appreciate being included in the challenge. Keep it up!
