We have LOTs of outdoor workout space

Monday 161107 Sled, KB, Row

Welcome back from daylight savings time. Those early classes in pitch black are a thing of the past (for now) but as we say good night to the sun during the 5pm classes it also means many of you leave the yard in the heart of darkness. This is why beginning tonight, the 5 and 6pm athletes can feel free to park close to the Hut. NOT next to the big grey building in the numbered parking spots… but on the asphalt next to the outhouse, behind the hut in the dirt, and next to the hut in the dirt near the sliding door- as long as there is not any heavy equipment parked there. And if you have parked out on the street or under the trees and want someone to walk you to your car- please ask someone.

New 5pm specialty classes begin this week and will feature underground strength on Mondays and bodyweight strength and skill work on Wednesdays. Mondays at 5pm are filled with all things strength related and you might see anything from tire flips and atlas stones to axle bar deadlifts and heavy carries- there are 4 classes for the month. Wednesdays will be packed with unweighted pushing pulling and squatting- think muscle ups, handstand push ups, pull ups and pistols to name a few. This meets 3 sessions in November (we will be closed for all evening classes on the 23rd- which is the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving.  These classes are for ALL LEVELS!
