LiftOff- 2 hour Saturday Session

Today at the Hut begins at 8:30am with Olympic lift 1 rep max testing… All CFMalibu athletes are encouraged to participate. Then we continue with the 9:30am training session which will be individual work- unlike most Saturdays. The WOD is a “typical style” 15 minutes Amrap. And YES, it is a good idea to do both sessions. Plan on staying for the 2 hours!
