A fun weekend of activities happening… And it basically kicks off with this fun Two Rounder. Get in on today’s interesting triplet and then continue testing yourself over the weekend. Saturday at the Hut begins at 8:30am with Olympic lift 1 rep max testing… All CFMalibu athletes are encouraged to participate. Then we continue with the 9:30am training session which will be individual work- unlike most Saturdays. The WOD is a “typical style” 15 minutes Amrap. And YES, it is a good idea to do both sessions. Plan on staying for the 2 hours!
On Sunday the Malibu Half Marathon is happening way out west. The event a handful of CFMers are doing is the 5k run. Find out more at the Hut today or Saturday.

30 wall ball shots (20/14#)
200m sandbag carry
10 Turkish get ups (20/16kg KB or 45/35# DB)
