Cubs Win! Yes, for the first time in 108 years the Chicago Cubs have won the World Series. As you might already know, coming back from a 1-3 deficit to take the series 4-3, overtaking the Indians in the top of the 10th inning.

In other CrossFit related news… we continue our first week of inversion holds. If you’ve been to the Hut already this week, you know that we are holding a basic inversion for one minute at the beginning of class and for another minute at the end of class. Each session you attend please put a little check mark behind your name on the board near the GHD. The idea is to accrue as much time upside down- and therefore as many check marks- as you can over the month of November.

Each week the time requirement will change and you will be introduced to various versions of inversions.

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Open Training Hour at 5pm

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
200m row
Post number of round and remaining reps to chalkboard/journals
