Tuesday 161101 Oly and 800m Runs

Six weeks ago the program called for a workout very similar to today’s – with 20 moderately heavy back squats, 800m run, 15 back squats, 800m run, 10 back squats, all done for time. Today there is a similar format but with 45 laps between each 800 m run! Not nearly as heavy, but this one will be equally, if not more taxing. And you either noticed that we have another day of 800 m runs in a row… Or you only read about it. Planned very purposefully! 🙂

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm. Open training hour at 5pm
For time complete:
15 reps each, in order, of: deadlift, hang power clean, front squat
800m run
15 reps each, in order, of: deadlift, hang power clean, front squat
800m run
15 reps each, in order, of: deadlift, hang power clean, front squat
Use a 60/45kg barbell or scale as needed
Post time and load to chalkboard/journals
