You are checking this blog post to see what the workout is tomorrow… But you’re going to get a weather report as well.   Thunderstorms will be rolling in at about 2 AM with showers often on throughout the morning and continuing throughout the day. Expect some heavy rain at times and because this is the first storm of the season traffic will be unusually chaotic. Or should I say  traffic will be chaotic as usual? you don’t have an umbrella so don’t even look for it. You don’t have a rain jacket so don’t even bother. When you get to the gym for your work out just remember to wipe your feet. The most important part of that sentence is: when you get to the gym!

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am, again at 3 and 5pm
Overhead squat
10 minutes to work up to a heavy set of 5 reps- no rack
15-12-9 reps/round for time of:
Power snatch (50/35kg)
Chest to bar pull ups
Post time, load and any scaling to chalkboard/journals
