Go into lululemon and see the pics on the wall of the instructors in action- doing something that I want to be doing. Pass by the window of Patagonia and get a glimpse of a climber in a place that I want to be in. See the cover of National Geographic, a shot of a a view that I want to be sitting perched and overlooking. The Instagram of the athlete moving weight or carving bottom turns that I want to move… to carve. Other peoples’ experiences, others’ circumstances. And yet there are views and movements and trips for ME… out there just waiting. All I have to do is go and make them happen.
