Thursday Means Thrusters 161013

We had a great turn out yesterday for the “all cardio, all the time” workout yesterday… Thanks to all who looked at the blog, then shook their head, and then decided not to come, and then changed their minds and came anyway!   And sorry for all of you who wanted to come but were unable due to the conflict with Yom Kippur!    Don’t worry, we’ll schedule another one soon 🙂

Now here is the deal all of you cardio junkies… Today is the day to show up!   Some heavy lifting, nice and simple, load some weight squat it – press it, load some more, repeat.    It’s just as important – and in the general population, even more overlooked than the long, slow, distance thing.  See you here.
