Here we go! Are you ready to test and/or train your general physical preparedness? Regardless of whether or not you FEEL ready- we are going to do just that. You decide which domain you will test/train… but if you choose to run- please wear a digital watch if you are not comfortable running with your phone in order to time your splits.
Finally… just show up. Once you get here- everything will take care of itself. And of course- scaling and modification will take place where necessary and prudent.
