If you thought it was going to be a relaxing Friday WOD at the Hut today… you were sorely mistaken. In addition to two difficult “sprinty” amraps- there is going to be a lot to warm and set up today. Do yourself, the coaches and your fellow athletes a favor and read through the WOD. Do your best to visualize what weight you will use for each of the barbell lifts. Determine if you will need scaling for the gymnastics movements and then continue on to think about how you might modify those movements to keep the work challenging yet realistic.
