Wednesday 160928 Five Rounder

These past few days’ heat has been pretty brutal. Over 100 degrees in Malibu for 3 days straight when our average September temp is only 72! No worries- we will be back there in a few days’ time- so until then, just keep getting in and working hard. As indicated a few days ago: rope climbs are well featured in today’s WOD. Consider wearing lots socks and/or long pants and to avoid some rope burn. It’s worth being a little warm and NOT getting any rope burns (watch it especially on the way down!). Each and every time rope climbs show up in a workout there are a number of athletes talk about bring more prepared the NEXT TIME rope climbs come up. Have you improved since our most recent rope climb WOD on Friday, August 12th? Or before that on Tuesday, July 12th?

Today’s CrossFit Endurance class will feature lots of running (no rowing substitutions will be possible)- see all of you avid Wed 5pm participants!

Toes to bar, 16/11 reps
